1. Use of the Service

You may use this Service to learn about our flexible packaging products, request a quote, or contact us. You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose.
To impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
To transmit harmful code or spam.
In any manner that breaches Sections 4B or 5 below (ownership and restrictions on estimation tools; restrictions on automated use).

2. Content and intellectual property

2.1 Our content

The original content on this Service — including the website's text, page design, layout, source code, illustrations, our company name "Arihant Packaging", our logo, and the photographs and videos produced by us of our factory, machinery, and product samples — is the property of Arihant Packaging or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, frame, or create derivative works of this content without our prior written permission.

2.2 Third-party brands shown in our portfolio

The Service includes photographs of packaging products we have manufactured for our customers. These photographs may feature third-party brand names, logos, packaging artwork, designs, and trademarks owned by those customers or their respective rights-holders. All such third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Display of these photographs on our Service is intended solely as a portfolio showcase of our manufacturing and printing capabilities. It does not:

Claim any ownership, licence, or interest in any third-party mark.
Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with any third-party brand beyond the manufacturing relationship.
Grant any licence to you to use those third-party marks.

If you are a rights-holder of any mark shown on this Service and have a concern about its display, please contact us at info@arihantpackagingindia.com and we will respond within 7 working days. We will remove or modify the display on reasonable request.

2.3 Customer artwork — your submissions

When you submit a quote request, artwork, designs, photographs, brand assets, or any other content via this Service:

You warrant that you own or are authorised to use that content.
You grant Arihant Packaging a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to fulfil your inquiry, produce samples, and manufacture your packaging if you place an order.
You also grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to display photographs of the finished packaging we manufacture for you on our Service, social media, and marketing materials as a portfolio showcase of our work, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish such display. Any specific display can be removed on written request within 7 working days.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, technical specifications, and images are illustrative and subject to change. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Specifications, lead times, and pricing shared via this Service are estimates; firm quotations are provided in writing after a detailed brief.

4. Quotation and orders

Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated and subject to acceptance of our commercial terms (MOQ, payment terms, lead time, delivery, GST). A binding order is formed only when we acknowledge your purchase order in writing.

4A. Estimation tools

The Service may offer estimation tools, calculators, or configurators (such as the Pouch Cost Calculator at /tools/cylinder-cost). All outputs from these tools are non-binding estimates intended for preliminary planning only. Actual quotations may differ based on order quantity, material rates, ink colours, finish, freight, GST, artwork charges, and prevailing market conditions. Use of any estimation tool does not create an offer, contract, or commitment of any kind by either party. A binding price is established only through a written quotation issued by Arihant Packaging and accepted by the customer.

4B. Estimation tools — ownership and restrictions on use

The estimation tools, calculators, and configurators offered on this Service (including the Pouch Cost Calculator at /tools/cylinder-cost and any successor tools, the "Tools") are the proprietary work of Arihant Packaging. This includes, without limitation: the underlying pricing logic, formulas, rate cards, multipliers, material specifications, layout, user interface, code, design, output formats, and any documentation associated with the Tools.

You agree that:

No copying or reproduction. You will not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any portion of the Tools — including their outputs, the appearance of their outputs, or the pricing logic they expose — in any form, on any medium, whether for personal or commercial use.
No reverse engineering. You will not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, pricing formulas, rate parameters, or business logic of the Tools by any means, including by varying inputs to map the pricing curve.
No automated access. You will not access the Tools through bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or any automated means; will not bypass any rate-limiting, CAPTCHA, or access control implemented on the Tools; and will not query the Tools in bulk or at scale.
No deep linking, framing, or embedding. You will not embed, frame, hot-link, or otherwise present the Tools (or any part of their outputs) on any third-party website, application, marketplace listing, social media post, advertisement, or marketing material in a way that misrepresents the source of the Tools, suggests endorsement or partnership, or omits clear attribution to Arihant Packaging.
No competitive use. You will not use the Tools or any outputs derived from them to build, train, benchmark, or quote a competing product or service, including using the outputs as inputs to a competitor's pricing engine, sales quote, or AI training dataset.
No representation of outputs as binding. You will not represent the output of any Tool to a third party as a binding price, formal quotation, or commitment by Arihant Packaging. Outputs are non-binding estimates per Section 4A above.
Authorised customer use only. The Tools are made available solely to prospective and existing customers of Arihant Packaging for the limited purpose of preliminary planning of their own packaging requirements. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Arihant Packaging reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Tools. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Service grants you any licence, right, or title in the Tools beyond the limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use them in accordance with this Section 4B. We may suspend or revoke your access to the Tools at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect breach of this Section. Breach of this Section may give rise to legal action including, without limitation, claims for injunctive relief, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and damages under the laws of India.

5. Restrictions on automated use

You agree not to use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or similar) to:

Access, query, or extract data from the Service, including the estimation tools.
Reverse-engineer pricing formulas, layout logic, or material specifications.
Bypass any rate-limiting, CAPTCHA, or access control.

Excluded from this restriction: search-engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt file.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Arihant Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms (or any quotation or order issued under them) caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government action, lockdowns, pandemic, power failure, supply chain disruption (including raw-material shortages of PET, BOPP, LDPE, inks, or solvents), strikes, or natural disasters.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arihant Packaging, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Service or its tools, (b) artwork or content you submit that infringes third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyright, (c) information you provide that is false or misleading, or (d) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. External links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, social media platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
