Pasta Packaging Pouches

2-layer laminate rolls and center-seal pouches for fusilli, penne, macaroni, and dry pasta.

Pasta is a dry FMCG staple where shoppers expect to see the product through the pack — so the window panel is as important as the laminate. Our 2-layer PET + LDPE laminate gives a clean moisture barrier with sharp 8-colour rotogravure print, available as roll form (for high-speed FFS lines) or pre-made center-seal pouches (for retail). Window areas are achieved by leaving the PET un-printed in the specified zone, so customers see the pasta shapes without any extra film cost.

FAQ

Roll form or pre-made center-seal pouch — which is better for pasta?+

Roll form is the standard choice if you run an in-house Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) line — the laminate is slit to your machine's web width and converted into pouches at filling speed. Pre-made center-seal pouches are better when you fill manually or contract-pack — they ship as finished pouches ready to fill and seal at the top.

Should pasta packaging have a transparent window?+

Almost always, yes. Indian consumers buying pasta visually verify the shape, colour, and quality of the product through the pack. The window is created by leaving a portion of the outer PET un-printed during rotogravure — no extra film or process cost.

What is the typical MOQ?+

Standard MOQ is 300 kg of laminated film per design. Final MOQ depends on pack size, structure, number of colours, and roll vs pouch format, and is confirmed in our written quotation.
